These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wolfpac Club website and membership services operated by Alpha Hospitality Collective (trading as Wolfpac International). By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Wolfpac provides a membership-based business and networking community, access to events, and educational content. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member. Memberships may be monthly, annual, or promotional. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Event tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Credits may be offered at our discretion.

Event details may change without notice. You are responsible for your own attendance. We are not liable for travel or external costs incurred. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour.

Members must act respectfully at all times and must not engage in harassment, spam, or exploitation of other members or staff. Breaches of this code may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

We do not guarantee business success, income, or any specific outcomes from membership or attendance at events. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Wolfpac International and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Participation in events and activities is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Wolfpac services for breaches of these Terms or for behaviour that is harmful to the community. No refunds apply upon termination for cause.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
