Affiliate Program Terms

The Wolfpac Affiliate Program ("Program") allows current Wolfpac members ("Affiliates") to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying members to Wolfpac. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Wolfpac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To participate as an Affiliate, you must:

• Be a current, active Wolfpac member (Core or Pro).
• Have a valid Wolfpac account in good standing.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Wolfpac reserves the right to disqualify any Affiliate who engages in spam, misleading promotion, or conduct that damages the Wolfpac brand.

Each eligible member is automatically assigned a unique referral link (e.g. wolfpac.club/join?ref=yourname). This link is personal and non-transferable.

A referral is only valid when a new member signs up via your unique link and completes a paid subscription. Referrals from existing members, duplicate accounts, or self-referrals are not eligible for commission.

When a new member signs up through a valid referral link, they receive a free event ticket (up to $50 value) as a welcome gift, redeemable at any Wolfpac event (single use, one event only). A unique promo code is automatically emailed to the new member upon joining. This incentive cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Affiliates earn a 50% recurring commission on each successful payment made by a referred member, for the lifetime of that member's subscription.

Eligible plans: Commissions apply to Wolfpac Core and Wolfpac Pro subscriptions only — both monthly and annual billing cycles. If a referred member upgrades from Core to Pro, or switches from monthly to annual billing, commissions continue to apply to all subsequent payments under the new plan.

Excluded from commissions: The following do not generate affiliate commissions under any circumstances:

• Brand Partner packages
• Event tickets or event-related purchases
• One-off payments, merchandise, or any non-subscription products

Commissions are calculated on the net amount charged (excluding any free trial periods, refunds, or chargebacks). The referred member's welcome gift (free event ticket up to $50 value) does not generate a commission.

Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Changes will not affect commissions already earned prior to the notice date.

Commissions are paid out automatically every week (every Monday) via Stripe Connect for affiliates who have completed bank account onboarding. A minimum balance of $100.00 AUD must be accumulated before a payout is processed.

If your balance does not reach $100.00 AUD in a given week, it will roll over to the following week until the threshold is met. Affiliates who have not connected a bank account via Stripe Connect will receive manual payouts arranged by Wolfpac on a monthly basis.

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect (direct bank transfer) where the affiliate has completed Stripe onboarding through their Account page. Affiliates who have not connected a bank account via Stripe will receive manual bank transfers arranged by Wolfpac. Affiliates are responsible for completing Stripe onboarding accurately and for any applicable taxes on income received. Wolfpac accepts no liability for failed or delayed transfers resulting from incorrect bank details provided during Stripe onboarding.

ABN Requirement: Affiliates must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) via their Account page before any payout can be processed. If no ABN is provided, Wolfpac is legally required under Australian taxation law to withhold 47% of the gross commission amount and remit it to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Wolfpac accepts no liability for withheld amounts where an ABN has not been supplied.

For Stripe Connect-onboarded affiliates, eligible commissions are processed automatically every Monday, provided the minimum payout threshold has been reached. For non-onboarded affiliates, manual payouts are processed within 14 business days of the end of each calendar month. Wolfpac reserves the right to delay payment if a commission is under review for suspected fraud or policy violation.

Affiliates must not:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising to promote Wolfpac.
• Make false or exaggerated claims about Wolfpac's products or services.
• Bid on Wolfpac branded keywords in paid search advertising without prior written consent.
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the referral system in any way.
• Offer cash, gifts, or other incentives to referred members beyond the standard free event ticket welcome offer.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, any commissions already earned but not yet paid will be processed at the next regular payout cycle, provided the minimum threshold is met. Commissions on future payments from previously referred members will cease upon termination.

Wolfpac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. The Program is provided "as is" and Wolfpac makes no guarantees regarding the volume of referrals or commission earnings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
